Context: The market includes many first time homebuyers.
Challenges: Many people today feel it is nearly impossible to buy a home. This is because many do not know the steps or support that is available. Some first time homebuyers end with buyers remorse or having to short sale or foreclose on a home.
Solution: I created an interactive course, job aid, and video that allows for first time homebuyers to engage in the steps of buying a house and the importance of each step.
Results: First time homebuyers record that the course has made the process easy to understand and feel ready to take on the journey.
